Pioneer One Finale Thoughts!

Last night, your hosts attended the premiere screening of the Pioneer One season finale at the Anthology Film Archive in Manhattan.

Here are our pros and cons from the screening! (Don’t worry, no spoilers!)

-The Episode
A little bit West Wing, a little bit sci-fi, and a little bit rogue agent episode, it had a fantastic blend of all of the elements, and introduces a few potential directions for next season.

-The Teaser
Any fans of Doctor Who should pay attention after the episode ends.

-Josh Bernhard’s vest and tie
It was super charming!

-The Photo Wall
Hopefully, we’ll have the photos for you sometime soon, but they had a cool photo background set up and even a cool cardboard cosmonaut standee to pose with!

-The Ambiance
Good red wine, good white wine. Most of the cast and crew were in attendance. It was a great time for all!

-The turkey-swiss wrap
Sorry, guys. The cookies were delicious though!

-Michael tweeted a better picture than Diana of the P1 poster/freeze frame
Damn you, Instagram!

-The wait ’til Season 2.

Question Mark:
-There was a cactus growing out of the water fountain in the lobby. We were confused about it for an inordinate amount of time.
